We were contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for another woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to discover out exactly where he was living
Our client told us that when her husband very first left he was quite sad and apologetic as he felt that following 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t feel he loved her any far more. He said he necessary time apart and did not wish to tell her exactly where he was going. He took a big amount of funds out of their joint bank account which he stated he necessary to set himself up in a new location to live.
Whilst waiting for her husband to return their relationship started to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid much less money into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was extremely strange behaviour for him and completely out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he may have another woman as a comparable thing had happened to her. We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and discovered the address he was living at and that there was one more woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name along with the woman he was living with. They had purchased the property together just right after he had left our client.
We were able to offer our client with all of the evidence she necessary to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she stated that right after the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had probably been having an affair with this woman for a lot of years. She is now prepared to move on with her new life.
